Bandcamp Discoveries: Red Army
Here's a reversed Bandcamp discovery; it found me.
Red Army is the solo project of Daniel Kessler who plays an aggressive and somewhat free-form jazz/rock (and a tinge of Zeuhl) with instruments including a Rhodes, various bass-instruments, various percussion, analog boxes, synths, noise producing devices etc.
The music is free flowing, open and spacey, but also dense and rough. It projects a peculiar (but good) vibe and provides for a good late night listening. I think that this should be picked up by some related label as it's quite promising and good to my ears.
Right now you can stream and download the album in digital format on Red Army's Bandcamp.
